A Japanese staff at the Prefecture Government Office or at the health center will handle your call by using basic English to get your name and contact number first, followed by a telephone consultation through the assistance of medical interpretation volunteers. Consultation should be carried out according to the procedures listed below. Please be aware that it may take some time to complete the consultation.
